Issued 10:00 AM NST 11 December 2017 Today Tonight and Tuesday At 10:00 a.m. NST today departing low 957 mb located southeast of
Labrador Sea.

At 10:00 a.m. NST today intensifying trough located on a line
east-west over northwestern Labrador Sea.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Tuesday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Labrador Sea.

At 3:30 p.m. NST today low 1010 mb located over Nova Scotia.
By 3:30 p.m. NST Tuesday dissipating low 1019 mb located over the
northern Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:00 AM NST 11 December 2017 A low pressure system southeast of the Labrador Sea will move to lie
East Greenland tonight. Meanwhile, an intensifying trough of low
pressure will track southward across the Labrador Sea. Gale force
westerlies over northern and western waters associated with these
features will gradually diminish through the forecast period.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank,
and Funk Island Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, and Belle Isle Bank.
