Strait of Georgia - south of Nanaimo.
Wind northwest 15 to 25 knots diminishing to northwest 10 to 15 near
 noon and to light late this afternoon. Wind becoming east 10 to 15
 near midnight then diminishing to light overnight except northeast
 20 to 25 south of Tsawwassen. Wind becoming northwest 15 to 20 near
 noon Tuesday. Rain beginning early this evening.

Howe Sound.
Wind northerly outflow 5 to 15 knots becoming light early this
 afternoon then increasing to northerly outflow 20 to 30 after
 midnight. Wind diminishing to northerly outflow 5 to 15 Tuesday

Haro Strait.
Wind southwest 10 to 15 knots diminishing to light late this
